The Apartment - Home Sweet Home

I have managed to get myself a nice one bedroom Apartment brand new still being finished as we speak about 15 mins from the City and about 20 Mins from the station near work..

 It looks really good and is coming along well i hope that i can be moved in by the end of the month if not sooner, Really looking forward to having my own space and being able to chill out after work.. 

Its in a block with 8 other apartments but i have the front one in the picture even have my own little bit of garden that no one else has.. there is under ground parking for when i get a car if i do and the apartment is Fully Furnished so all i need to do is bring my bag and move it once its all finished.. 

There is a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs as well so makes its better for when people come over.

The hostel is good fun but just cant keep living like that in the same room with 3 other people and paying nearly the same price as the Apartment is going to cost me..

Its about 3 or 4 mins walk from the train station so makes it great in the morning for getting to work and is on one of the main train lines back to the city.. Just down the road are all the local shops and Cafes all withing 5 min walking distance and near to the local shopping center.. 

Im really really looking forward to getting in there and having everyone over for a apartment warming party / BBQ  !! 

Excomm - Design & Construction

I managed to get myself a Drafting job with Excomm out at Oakleigh about 45mins away from the city doing Telstra steel work drawings for all the new antennas that they are upgrading at the moment .. 

Its a really nice place to work everyone is very easy going. 

My time at Arqiva has paid off well i was able to sit down and crack on with there work on the first day i started so very happy with my self..I have taken pictures out side and will get some inside next week and upload so you can all see what its like !! 

AAMI Park - 14th Oct

So off i went to the football again Melbourne Hearts Vs Wellington Phoenix was a nice hot day sat in the sun all afternoon and watched the school boys try and play some football !! It was a much better game than the last one i went to see but the sun made it so much better !! 

Ethiad Stadium - 5th Oct

I went to watch the football with Brett one of the guys that i met at the hostel. It was the first game of the season Melbourne Victory Vs Melbourne Hearts was a good evening out they don't play football like we do bit school boy if im honest but still a good night out... 

Raymond Island - Koala Bears

We went on a road trip to Raymond Island today its in Paynesville you have to get on a little ferry across to the other side for 10 bucks return and you can drive round the island at your own pace and just have a look around. This island is know for its Koala Bears so went to see if we could spot a couple... well there are loads they are just chilling out in the trees it was amazing and you can get close to them as well they just don't care...

Wild Kangaroos

So on our way home we are chatting away in the car and out the corner of my eye I see something standing on its back legs "STOP THE CAR" I couldn’t believe it there was a kangaroo I jumped out the car as quick as I could camera on and ready to shoot away as I got a little closer there was 4 of them they were just standing in between a load of houses random !! I have never seen anything like this before wild.. 

I was so close I thought I would just spook them away nop they just stared at me AMAZING !!!

Loch Sport - Boulevard

We drove over to Loch Sport Boulevard about 15 20 mins from the Beach to going and have a look at what was about down there and we got to the The Lakes National Park and found this nice little bay way so peaceful and quiet but im told its rammed in the summer but so nice !!
